By purchasing a ticket to the PreventALL Spring Raffle 2022 you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General

1.1. PreventALL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

1.2. PreventALL is licensed with Telford & Wrekin Council under the Gambling Act 2005

1.3. The responsible persons for the PreventALL raffle are Mrs. Jo Edwards (Fundraising Manager) and Adele Conlon (Raffle Organiser).

1.4. Data held by PreventALL is held in accordance with GDPR and will not be sold to any other organisations. Contact details will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle.

1.5. Under the Gambling Act 2005, tickets must be purchased by adults over 18, as certain prizes contain alcohol. In the event that a minor is inadvertently entered into the draw no prize will be awarded and the stake money refunded. By purchasing a ticket any player is agreeing that PreventALL may undertake any appropriate action to verify the age of the player. Players who live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or outside of the UK are not permitted to enter.

1.6. Players should be aware that many of the prizes are from businesses within the locality of Shropshire and therefore such prizes need to be claimed by attending the business location (eg pub meal)

1.7. Players should be aware that any payments into the raffle are not secure in the event of insolvency.

1.8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this raffle.

2. The Raffle Draw

2.1. The draw will be carried out on the 30TH April, 2022, as detailed on each ticket.

2.2. Only tickets accompanied with full payment and received by 4pm on the 30th April, 2022, will be entered into the draw. Late entries will be processed as donations.

2.3. Each ticket will have a unique number printed on both the ticket and the ticket stub.

2.4. PreventALL reserves the right not to accept ticket purchases without giving reason and at its absolute discretion. In this situation all monies paid will be refunded to the player.

2.5. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the ticket stub. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to ensure that the information provided is correct and current. PreventALL must be informed prior to the draw of any change in the contact details provided. Should PreventALL be unable to make contact with the winner within 21 days of the date of the draw a new winner will be drawn.

2.6. Winning ticket details will be available from the PreventALL team and for a limited period will be published on the PreventALL website (www.preventall.org.uk) and also on the PreventALL Facebook page (@PreventChildhoodAcuteLymphoblasticLeukaemia)

2.7. PreventALL cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or delay of tickets, payment or communication.

2.8. Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, and have no cash value in whole or part.
2.9. Gift Vouchers given as prizes must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the voucher.

2.10 Terms and conditions may apply to each individual raffle prize and will be outlined on each prize award certificate. Additional terms and conditions may apply from the prize donor business/ individual.
